Wanaka A&P Show Trade Exhibitor Application Form 2018, 9th & 10th March from 8.00am - 5.00pm daily. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before completing this form and sign acceptance.
  • Please complete the trade exhibitor application form together with making payment for your non refundable admin fee of $86.25 paid by direct transfer to 06 0943 0019778 00 using your Trade Exhibit Number (TE----) or Company Name as a reference. The Admin Fee is due today with your application, the full Site Fee is due by 30th November 2017.

  • Priority is given to repeat exhibitors from the previous years show and farming and agricultural based exhibits until 15 July 2017.

  • New Exhibitors: Please provide photos and information about your products & or services

  • An Admin fee of $75 plus gst is due with your application. Sub Let Fee is $115 (where another Exhibitor shares your site). Prices include gst.

    The sub-lessees are required to complete a trade application form and submit the non-refundable $115 incl GST fee.
