Pricing Structure & Policy
Applications will only be considered with a non refundable admin fee of $50.00. Cheques to be made payable to 'Upper Clutha A & P Society' or by Direct Deposit to: 06 0943 0019778 00
Trade Site Fees $3 per square metre, Minimum site is 5 x 5 m
(Smaller sites may be available upon request at a minimum of $75)
Power: Power is charged out at separate rates. Please complete the Electrical Contract Form and forward it back to us asap. Remember to bring sufficient extension cords.
Power Costs:
- Low User (3 pin plug max 2 plugs) $30 per day 9am-6pm plus $30 overnight if required
- Medium User (3 pin plug 3 plugs or more) $50 per day 9am-6pm plus $50 overnight if required
- High User (16 amp or 3 phase) $70 per day 9am-6pm plus $70 overnight if required
Show Entry: Show Entry Ticket Allocation is on a pro rata system 2 tickets per 5m x 5m site, max 5 per site. (Additional Trade Tickets may be purchased prior to the show). The gates are open to the public from 8.00am - 5.00pm.
Vehicle Entry: One vehicle only will be allowed to enter the grounds for unloading purposes only. All vehicles must then leave the showgrounds by 8.00am and be parked outside the showgrounds boundary. No vehicles are allowed in the showgrounds after 8.00am unless the are part of the trade exhibit and cannot be removed from the site.
