 Applications will only be considered with a non refundable admin fee of $50.00. Cheques to be made payable to 'Upper Clutha A & P Society' or by Direct Deposit to: 06 0943 0019778 00
Trade Site Fees $3 per square metre, Minimum site is 5 x 5 m

(Smaller sites may be available upon request at a minimum of $75)

Power Charges 

 

  • Low Usage (3pin max 2 plugs) $30 per day 9am-6pm plus $30 overnight if required
  • Medium Usage (3 plugs or more) $50 per day 9am-6pm plus $50 overnight if required
  • High Usage (16amp or 3 phase) $70 per day 9am-6pm plus $70 overnight if required

 

                                                       

Vehicle Entry : One vehicle only will be allowed to enter the grounds for unloading purposes only.  All vehicles must then leave the showgrounds and be parked outside the showgrounds boundary by 8.00am
