Pricing Structure & Policy
Applications will only be considered with a non refundable admin fee of $50.00 admin fee

Trade Site Fees
Trade Site Fees $3 per square metre, Minimum site is 5 x 5 m
(Smaller sites may be available upon request at a minimum of $75)
Power Is charged out at separate rates - Low usage sites @ $30 per site, or High usage sites @ $50. Please bring sufficient extension cords. (If you are a heavy power user, e.g. heating spa pools, large urns or electric motors please notify us so that the power can be made available and we do not overload the system.
Show Entry Ticket Allocation is on a pro rata system 2 tickets per 5m x 5m site, max 5 per site. (Additional tickets may be purchased prior to the show).
Vehicle Entry: One vehicle only will be allowed to enter the grounds for unloading purposes only. All vehicles must then leave the showgrounds and be parked outside the showgrounds boundary.

IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT RECEIVED BEFORE THE 30TH JUNE 2009 YOU COULD FORFEIT YOUR SPACE.
Application and Payment Process
- Applications must NOT be received before the 1st May 2009. They will be returned if they are.
- Admin fee of $50.00 is required with every application for them to be considered.
- Applications and payments can be made online at www.wanakashow.co.nz from 1st May 2009.
- Please make cheques payable to 'Upper Clutha A & P Society'
- Please do not send anything more than the $50 admin fee with your initial application form.
- The site fee will be advised with your site number and size in a confirmation letter with an invoice.
- Site fee is due by 31st October 2009 for your site to be secured, tickets are then sent out.
- READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
Site allocation is arranged in following order of preference
- Pre-existing exhibitors from the 2009 show requesting the same area who apply before the closing date of 30 June 09
- Pre existing exhibitors from the 2009 show looking for new sites who apply before the closing date of 30 June 09
- New Exhibitors will be offered spaces that are left after pre-existing exhibitors have been placed and will be processed in order of the date the application and admin fee was received
Exhibitors must be set up by 8.30am on Friday 12th March 2010 and cannot dismantle their exhibits until 5.00pm on Saturday 13th March 2010.
Tips for Success
- Plan your site presentation
- Let your customers know where you are at the show
- Put out a press release prior to the show
- Let your customers know of any "Show Specials"
- Prepare cards or leaflets for your customers with your contact details
- Include a reorder form with your products
- Consider giveaways
- Make it easy for your customers to see your name and Company name
- Remember, smell taste and touch appeal
- Ensure your site is well manned
- Try to find ways to make your site interactive
- Keep your stand safe, tidy and inviting
