Trade Exhibitor Booking Process

Attracting around 500 trade exhibitors with the opportunity to reach around 40,000 customers over two days, the Wanaka A&P Show provides a great opportunity to businesses of all kinds to showcase products, services and innovations to a large range of buyers in one scenic location.

Booking Process

Trade exhibitor sites are either located at the Wanaka Showgrounds or the adjacent Pembroke Park. Trade exhibitor sites come in a variety of sizes. Trade stalls are kept protected with night security before, during and after the show.
