We’re excited to welcome Tasha Wadeson as the new Event Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator for the Wānaka A&P Show!
After two decades running restaurants in Wānaka and Queenstown, Tasha has turned her passion for people and knack for organised chaos towards the events world, and we couldn’t be happier to have her.
As our new Event Assistant & Volunteer Coordinator, Tasha brings the kind of energy and expertise that makes big days run smoothly. She’s worked behind the scenes at Rhythm & Alps, Wheels at Wānaka, and last year’s A&P Show, always with a smile and that rare ability to stay calm when things get hectic.
Tasha’s a natural at pulling teams together, keeping spirits high, and making sure every volunteer knows they’re valued. She’s quick-thinking, warm-hearted, and genuinely loves what she does.
Her favourite part of the Show? Watching people connect, whether it’s a volunteer crew working seamlessly together or families catching up over hot chip cones.
We’re stoked to have her humour, hands-on know-how, and genuine love of community on board.
Welcome to the team, Tash!
