Get ready to celebrate all things rural at the Wānaka A&P Show!

Here’s everything you need to plan your visit and make the most of your Show experience.

Kids 12 & under – FREE again this year!

All ticket sales are cashless, with two easy ways to purchase:

Online
- 2 Day Ticket: Adults (18+) $40, Youth (13-17) $15
- 1 Day Ticket: Adults (18+) $22.50, Youth (13-17) $10.50, Family (2 adults / 2 youths) $65
At the Gate
- 2 Day Ticket: Adults (18+) $50, Youth (13-17) $20
- 1 Day Ticket: Adults (18+) $27.50, Youth (13-17) $12.50, Family (2 adults / 2 youths) $75

Note: Cash is accepted inside the Showgrounds, but not for ticket purchases.

Park & Ride – Free parking with shuttles every 15 minutes. Last bus at 5:30 PM.

Accessible Parking – Limited spaces are available on Brownston St (a mobility pass required).

Bike Parking – Available at Lakeside & Pembroke Gates. Bring your own lock! Parking is limited, so make your trip easier with the free options!

: Report lost property or theft at the Show Office (end of the Home Industry Pavilion).

: Find a blue vest team member or head to the Plunket Playground or Show Office.

From there we will get it over the radios and loud speakers for everyone to be on the lookout until they are found.

: No cash-out facilities are available inside the Showgrounds. The nearest ATM is on Helwick St in the town centre.

: For the safety of everyone (and the animals!), dogs are not permitted, except:

Service dogs

Dogs competing in the Dogs and Pets section or Jack Russell Race (must be pre-registered online).

: Animals are at the heart of the Show—please respect them!

Do not enter enclosures or touch animals without permission.

: With over 40,000 attendees, it is easy to get separated.

Livestock areas – keep children away from enclosures and be mindful around animals, especially horses, cows and bulls.

Lost Children? Find a blue vest team member or head to the Plunket Playground or Show Office.
