To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, exhibitors supplying liquor as part of their hospitality must carefully review the Hospitality Information Sheet before completing the required Liquor Form.

Supply of Liquor at the Show

Please complete this form if you have applied for a liquor licence under your main application, this is not for those SELLING alcohol for take home consumption who are required to obtain their own off licence.

Liquor Signage

If you hold an on-site liquor licence (including serving liquor free of charge), it is a legal requirement to display all mandatory liquor signs. Ensure compliance and create a safe environment by having the correct signage in place at all times.

All exhibitors and contractors on-site must complete a 2026 Health and Safety Declaration and the 2026 Online Health and Safety Induction.
