Applications for 2027 Exhibitor Spaces at the Wānaka A&P Show are now open as of 1st July 2026!

Due to overwhelming demand for exhibitor sites and our commitment to keeping the event fresh and diverse each year, exhibitor sites are not rolled over, and no right of refusal is offered to current or historic exhibitors.

Preference will be given to those in the primary sector, those with sustainability as a key focus and NZ owned and made local businesses.

We will begin reviewing applications from the end of July into early August, so be sure to get your application form in early! Application outcomes will be shared with you via email from 17 August 2026 onwards. If successful, please be prepared to ensure full invoice payment is received by 20 September 2026.

The team will review applications from the end of July/early August and would encourage you to submit your application early. Application outcomes (successful, waitlist, declined) will be shared via email from 17 August 2026. Reminder, a submitted application does not guarantee a site.

: Yes, please thoroughly review the Liquor Service Information document prior to submitting your 2027 Trade Exhibitor Application to ensure you are up to date on the latest requirements.

: Yes – returning exhibitors can request the same site as last year when applications open on July 1st.

However, sites are not automatically issued, and each application will be assessed on its suitability to the event. Preference will be given to those in the primary sector, those with sustainability as a key focus and NZ owned and made local businesses.

: New exhibitors are very welcome and are assessed based on alignment with the Show’s values, including a rural focus and/or New Zealand-made products. While we can’t guarantee a site, early applications are strongly encouraged as demand is high. All exhibitors must reapply annually – no sites roll over automatically.

: Yes – exhibitors may sublet up to 30% of their site to another business for a flat fee of $200 + GST. The sub-let exhibitor must also complete their own trade application. Only one subletting arrangement is allowed per site, and sub-let exhibitors do not receive complimentary tickets but can access discounted rates. Sublet Exhibitor Application Form available when Site Applications open in July.

: Sites range from 3x3m to 15x15m and larger. All are pitch only, with inclusions (i.e. tickets) based on site size.

Power is available on selected rows and must be pre-booked – charges apply. Food and hospitality exhibitors must hold the appropriate licenses and meet Show and council requirements.

: Great to hear you’re thinking of submitting an application! After you have submitted your application you will receive an auto email acknowledging receipt of your submission.

The team will begin reviewing applications at the end of July into early August. From 17 August 2026 onwards all applicants will receive an email advising their application outcome (successful, waitlist, decline). If successful you will also receive an invoice which is required to be paid in full by 20 September 2026 along with information regarding next steps.
