These H&S forms are for the use of CONFIRMED trade exhibitors at the 2024 Wānaka A&P Show; please complete only the documents relevant to your exhibitor stand.

Amusement Devices - Please fill this out if you are operating amusement devices (trampolines, rides, sideshows, etc).

Contractor - Please forward this to relevant contractors undertaking works on your behalf (marquee and hire companies etc).

Trade and Food Exhibitors - All vendors to complete. Please add your company H&S documentation and complete the declaration.
